    The stay was enjoyable. This was a wonderful hip new hotel in a convenient location. Some of the staff members were especially helpful. Its service was outstanding. Early check-in was a bonus. We enjoyed a nice restaurant with a local menu: )

    The breakfast with tipical food. The hotel was in an excellent location right by boulevard, restaurants and bars and city center. Furthermore, to a suggested restaurant.

    The hotel staff was very rude.

    Staying at this hotel with my family, including our young baby, was a good experience. The location on a quiet tourist-only street. The staff were friendly, a big plus .

    My wife says that the room setup could be more spacious for families.

    The breakfast was always a highlight, with plenty of options. We explored the local markets and enjoyed the sunset from the top deck. The staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend checking out the views from the rooms!

    One downside was the unreliable Wi-Fi. It often dropped out. That was a bit frustrating while trying to share our experiences online.

    mixed feelings about the stay

    The breakfast options were varied and delicious, giving us a great start each morning. Our room offered an very nice view of the water and jungle, which enhanced our experience significantly. The staff were really nice by providing a fan when our air conditioning struggled, showing their commitment to guest comfort.

    The double rooms felt a bit cramped for our group's needs.
